1. Nature of Our Services

GrowPython.com provides B2B SaaS solutions for LinkedIn automation using third-party APIs (such as Unipile). As a business-focused service, our products are considered “digital services” and are typically exempt from consumer cancellation rights under UK law. This means that once services are purchased, they are delivered immediately and cannot usually be refunded.


2. Free Trials & Evaluation

To ensure our customers are confident before purchase, GrowPython.com may provide free trials, demos, or limited-access versions of our services. We strongly encourage businesses to evaluate our services during this period before committing to a paid subscription.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If you were charged in error due to a technical issue on our platform.

  • If you made a duplicate payment for the same subscription.

  • If the service was not delivered as described, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

Refunds are not available in cases where:

  • You decide not to use the service after purchase.

  • You experience changes in your own business needs or circumstances.

  • You fail to use or configure the service correctly despite support being available.


4. Cancellations

  • All subscriptions are recurring by default (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until that date, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
