Short answer
Which one fits you
you want docs, tasks, files, chat and a CRM in the same place as your outreach, so a reply, a person and the note about them are one click apart.
you need a general workspace for the whole company: wikis, databases of any kind, public sites and forms, many connections and enterprise controls.

What each tool states
Notion's column is taken from its public pricing page, read on 3 November 2026 (as of November 2026). A cell that says "not stated" means the page does not mention it, not that the product lacks it.

Where Notion is the better choice
Notion is the broader tool. It has a free plan, databases of any shape, public sites and forms, charts, Notion Calendar, many connections and an enterprise tier with SSO, SCIM and audit logs. If the workspace is for the whole company and not only for selling, Notion covers far more ground.
Our strengths
Where GrowPython is the better choice
People, Companies and Deals sit in the same product as the campaigns and the Inbox, with a record for each person that shows their history.
Your Business profile and Docs are what the Copilot and the reply bot read. You choose which AI reads which document, and a doc with no AI job is read by none.
Lists, campaigns on LinkedIn and email, a booking page and meeting notes are part of the same plan, per seat.
Using them together
Notion and GrowPython side by side
Many teams keep company wikis in a general workspace and run sales in a sales workspace. GrowPython imports SOPs as Docs from PDF, Word, Markdown or text files up to 20 MB, or from a public web page, so existing playbooks can be brought in. Contact lists come in as a CSV file.
