A booking page for sales teams, built into your outreach

Set your weekly hours and meeting types, switch on a public booking page, and send a booking link made for one person from the Inbox. Booked meetings land on your calendar in GrowPython.

What it does

A booking page that lives next to your outreach.

  1. Weekly hours and days off

Choose the days and times people may book, add days off and extra hours.

Calendar settings on the Availability tab with weekly hours Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, the time zone Europe/Berlin, and Open hours with a switch and start and end times for each weekday.Calendar settings on the Availability tab with weekly hours Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, the time zone Europe/Berlin, and Open hours with a switch and start and end times for each weekday. Shown in the dark theme.
  2. Meeting types

Name, length, where it happens (your own meeting link, a phone call or in person), questions for the person booking, buffers and a minimum notice.

The Meeting types section of Calendar settings with three meeting types: Intro call at 30 minutes on Google Meet and marked Bot default, Product demo at 45 minutes, and Quick question at 15 minutes by phone. Each has Edit and Delete buttons and an on and off switch. The Meeting types section of Calendar settings with three meeting types: Intro call at 30 minutes on Google Meet and marked Bot default, Product demo at 45 minutes, and Quick question at 15 minutes by phone. 3. A public booking page

Your page lives at /book/ followed by the short name you choose. Anyone with the link can book with no account and sees only the times you offer. It is off until you switch it on.

  4. Works on a phone

The booking page is built for the screen of the person booking, whichever it is.

  5. Offer times from the Inbox

When someone wants to talk, tick free times from the next ten days. GrowPython adds them, with a booking link made for that person, to your message. You press Send.

  6. Change or cancel

The person booking gets a confirmation screen with the time, your message, a calendar file and a private link to move or cancel the meeting.

  7. Notes from the call

Record a Google Meet or Zoom web call with the browser extension, or upload a recording, and get a transcript, a summary and action items. Follow-ups are proposals you approve, and only creating tasks can be set to run on its own.

How it works

Scheduling

  1. Step 1 of 4

    Set your weekly hours

Calendar, Settings, Availability. Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 is a sensible start.

  2. Step 2 of 4

    Create a meeting type

Choose a name, a length and where it happens.

  3. Step 3 of 4

    Switch on your booking page

Pick which meeting types it offers, add a message to show after booking and switch it on.

  4. Step 4 of 4

Share the link or offer times

Put the link in a message, or use Offer times in the Inbox for a link made for one person.

Limits and guardrails

What it will not do, and what you should know before you rely on it.

  • Google Calendar sync is coming. Until it is switched on, Calendar runs in Local mode: meetings are saved in GrowPython only, with no calendar events and no Meet links, and your other calendar is not checked, so you could be booked over something.
  • GrowPython does not send its own booking confirmation or reminder email yet. The person booking sees a confirmation screen and can download a calendar file, and you get a notification in the app.
  • No two people can book the same time. The booking is checked against your meetings in GrowPython.
  • Recording a call needs the attendees' knowledge, and some places require everyone's consent. The extension shows a REC badge while it records, and telling the attendees is up to you.
  • The meeting notes extension works in Chrome and Edge and is installed by hand for now. Recordings can also be uploaded.

Scheduling

More screens

  • Meeting types with length, place and questions.

  • Set your weekly hours. Bookings stay inside them.

  • The same booking page works on a phone.

  • Offer free times from your own calendar in one click.

  • The brief after the call, with next actions as proposals.

FAQ

Questions

Can I keep using Calendly?

Yes. A meeting type can be marked as booked on an external page. GrowPython then offers no times for it and sends people to your link.

Does it work with Google Calendar?

Google Calendar sync is coming and is not switched on yet. Today meetings are saved in GrowPython only, which is called Local mode.

Does GrowPython email the person who booked?

Not yet. The person sees a confirmation screen with a calendar file and a link to change or cancel. You are notified in the app.

Can each teammate have their own booking page?

Yes. Each person edits their own page, and owners and admins can edit anyone's.
