Two tools can both cost about $80 a month and still cost very different amounts for your team, because one charges per user and another per LinkedIn account. This post sets out how five tools describe their prices and how to compare them.
What the pricing pages say
We read each tool's public pricing page on 25 October 2026 and recorded only what it states. Plans differ in what they include, so a lower price is not always a better deal. Prices change, so use the links to check.
| Tool | How it charges | Published prices | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| GrowPython | Per LinkedIn account, with custom plans for teams | $25 a month for one LinkedIn account | GrowPython pricing |
| Dripify | Per user (each seat connects one LinkedIn account) | Pro $79 a month ($59 billed annually); Advanced $99 ($79 annually) | Dripify pricing |
| Expandi | Per plan; larger and white-label needs on request | Business $99 a month ($79 billed annually) | Expandi pricing |
| HeyReach | Per LinkedIn sender, not per user | Growth $79 per sender a month ($64 billed yearly); Agency $999 a month for 25 senders | HeyReach pricing |
| lemlist | Per user | Email $69 a month ($55 billed yearly); Multichannel, which includes LinkedIn automation, $109 ($87 yearly) | lemlist pricing |
How to compare them
- Count the LinkedIn accounts that will send. This is the number that most changes the total.
- Count the people who need to log in. Per-user plans charge for them; per-sender plans do not.
- Convert every price to the same period, a month on the same billing term.
- Write down what you need included, such as AI replies, message testing, workspaces or white-label, and check each plan has it.
- Look for add-ons. One tool's pricing page, for example, lists extra charges for data credits and for additional white-label brands.
- Ask what happens at the next tier. A price that is low for one account can step up quickly as you add more.
A worked example
Take an agency with ten client LinkedIn accounts and three people who need access. A per-user plan charges for three seats, and a per-sender plan charges for ten senders. Neither answer is better in general. It depends on the numbers, and on whether the plan includes the features you need.
Your own totals will differ. The point is to price your real setup, not the headline number.
